Our platform is web-based, so all you need is a modern web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) and a stable internet connection capable of streaming video. No special software is required.

Can I watch courses on my phone or tablet?

Yes! Our website is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices, allowing you to watch courses and take quizzes on your smartphone or tablet.

The video is not playing or is buffering. What should I do?

First, check your internet connection to ensure it is stable. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser’s cache. If the problem persists, try using a different web browser or device to see if the issue is isolated. If you still need help, contact us and our support team will help you.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “My Account” link in the top menu and then select the “Forgot Password?” link. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you instructions on how to reset it.

Do my certificates expire?

Certificates that you earn through course completion are proof of that completion and therefore have no expiration date. Your certification entity may have restrictions on how long after credits are valid after being issued and you should contact them to see how long afterwards they remain valid.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, log in to your account by clicking on the “My Account” link or the user icon in the top menu, go to the “Subscription” section, and follow the cancellation instructions. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
