Brandon manages every phase of trail development, from master planning and land acquisition to design, community engagement, and construction, delivering projects that have earned state and national recognition for innovation and inclusivity.
A certified planner (AICP) with a background in community planning, land-use policy, and residential development, Brandon brings a holistic perspective to creating connected, equitable public spaces. He holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Passionate about leveraging green infrastructure to enhance mobility, public health, and environmental resilience, Brandon is a leading voice in large-scale urban trail planning and implementation.
