Jennifer Grissom serves as Director of Fort Worth Bike Sharing at Trinity Metro, where she has grown one of Texas’ most successful bike-share systems into a vital piece of the city’s multimodal network. Since taking the helm, Jennifer has expanded the system by more than 60 percent—from 46 to 74 stations—strategically locating new docks in underserved neighborhoods and along key transit corridors to ensure equitable, first-and-last-mile access for residents and visitors alike. A fierce advocate for safe streets and inclusive mobility, she works closely with community stakeholders, planners, and elected officials to integrate bike sharing with public transit, protected bike lanes, and trail networks, making Fort Worth a more connected and bike-friendly city.
Jennifer champions bike sharing as an affordable, healthy, and environmentally sustainable transportation option that complements buses and trains while reducing car dependency. Her data-driven approach to station siting and community engagement has dramatically increased ridership and visibility, earning recognition for closing mobility gaps in historically overlooked areas. A Fort Worth resident with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington, Jennifer brings passion, pragmatism, and a deep commitment to equity to every ride and every neighborhood she serves.
